The Meitzlers: 3rd Generation

WHITE GROUP Charles William Meitzler was the son of Charles Conrad and Susan Meitzler. He was born on May 5, 1873 in Copiah County, MS., and died on October 6, 1933 in New Orleans, LA. Charles William married Dora Ann Elizabeth Frierson on May 13, 1897 in Pearl River County, MS. They are the ancestors of the "White Group" Meitzlers documented on this Web site. The photos on the left are of Charles and Dora (top, taken in 1932) and their family home (bottom). The second photo is found in a larger version on the page The Meitzler Family: The Early 1900's.

Charles William and Dora Ann Meitzler had ten recorded children: Emmett Tony Meitzler Cary Byrd Meitzler William Lee Meitzler Audrey Mae Meitzler (Spence) Ralph Ellis Meitzler Charles Hubert Meitzler Clyde Wesley Meitzler Dutch Vernon Meitzler Anne Vinson Meitzler (Bush) Edna Earl Meitzler William Lee Meitzler and Edna Earl Meitzler had no recorded children. After the death of his first wife, Charles Hubert Meitzler remarried. His second wife, Ella (Meitzler), is therefore included in the 4th Generation listings of the Table of Pages (White Group).
